It is recommended that you start with a series of 10 individual Rebirthing Breathwork sessions with a trained Rebirther Breathworker. Rebirthing Breathwork is taught in a series consisting of 10 sessions so when completed, you will have the breathwork skills necessary to become self-sufficient with this process.
