Throughout the OYS 2007 Training, I've gained an awareness of the power of my thoughts and words and of my own self-worth and value. Open to anyone 18 years or over with or without prior "BREATHWORK" experience.

The ONE YEAR SEMINAR (OYS) Training is a powerful transformative and FUN year-long training where, once a month, you have the opportunity to spend the day with others in a safe and comfortable workshop environment. We will look at, process and move through that which has held you back such as your negative limiting thoughts, disempowering self-talk, and old habits and patterns of defeated behavior. This training includes both information and techniques that help you to easily bring up, access and then more quickly and effectively resolve both personal and professional issues related to you such as your body, finances, relationships, goals and planning, time and schedules, anxiety/fears, issues with making and keeping commitments... your entire past!

Some of the techniques that we will be working with (though not limited to) are:

Rebirthing BREATHWORK
Skillfully designed affirmations
Dyads
Journaling
And a variety of other tools.

Or pay $175 per Training DAY. (if paying per training DAY).
